I have been taking Immune and Extreme for 3 months, one capsule of each after breakfast and dinner daily, and like how it helps me feel. I was impressed with Dr. Hausman's presentation at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine program back in October 2010, and intend to continue my daily routine.

Someone told me of this product (Immune) --- but what I have experienced is that I have not had any colds or flu type symptoms since beginning to take this in Jan 2011. Usually I get a spring cold and at least one sinus attack. the only change in my diet or supplements is this mushroom supplement.

My family has been taking this product for about two years. Since we have started taking it, none of us has had a cold or flu. My husband usually gets the flu, and we all used to get at least one cold per winter. We have not gotten sick since we started taking Immune. An added benefit -
I have found that my hair and nails grow much faster and my nails break less easily. We started taking it after hearing the doctor that invented it on a radio program. Awesome product!!
